1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Because we operate using a dropshipping model, products may ship directly from our fulfillment partners or suppliers.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on destination:

  • United States & Canada:
    Flat rate of $6.99 USD per order

  • International Shipping (all other countries):
    Flat rate of $12.99 USD per order

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing:

  • United States & Canada:
    Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after shipment

  • International Orders:
    Estimated delivery within 10–21 business days after shipment

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country.
Pureclave is not responsible for these charges, and they must be paid by the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Pureclave is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays & Shipping Issues

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Pureclave is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
